How I Work

I combine training, skill, and lived experience to hold space for you to encounter, energize, or expand your Higher Self. You choose the focus, pace, and tone. Always and all ways.

Sessions are spiritual and intuitive. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed care.

Intuitive Guidance Session — $180
30 minutes of session time, plus 10–15 minutes for welcome and re-entry.

Together we may experience:

• Energy clearing — notice and gently lessen inner blocks or limits you are ready to release, and turn your attention toward healing.

• Journeying — meet aspects of your Higher Self in a quieter, inspired inner space.

• Self-directed compassion — bring kindness to younger parts of you through self-directed compassion, inspired practice and guided awareness.

• Divine connection — commune with higher support (angels, guides, Source) if that is your path.

• Intention and affirmations — shape a clear inner focus so you can co-create from a balanced place toward inspired goals.

One session a month is suggested. Leave space between visits to integrate. Follow your own inner wisdom on timing.
